How is FITFOREVER different from other online exercise programs out there - including the other programs your company offers?
Customized
Until now, exercise programs were one size fits all, regardless of age or fitness level, with a focus only on building muscle or burning calories. Our programs are individually tailored to you based on your self assessment, designed by leading clinicians in the fields of human biomechanics, sports performance, and injury prevention. These are not your average gym trainers’ workouts. Every day’s workout is designed specifically for your body and your goals.
Our No. 1 focus is SAFE, effective exercise programs focused on safely building mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, and agility for a highly functional body that FEELS great. The “side effect” – our secondary focus – is a body that LOOKS great too.

Jeremy James DC, CSCS, Bill Fabrocini PT, CSCS and Todd Albert MD, Founder, Co-Developer and Contributor, respectively of FITFOREVER, draw from years of experience working in Aspen, CO, and NYC, with countless Fortune 500 CEOs, Olympic and professional athletes, and hard-working people from all walks of life to enable them to continue doing the things they love after 30 and beyond – and excelling at them.

Does the program cater to people above the age of 60?
FITFOREVER’s proprietary self-assessment allows our team of experts to give you customized programs based on your age, fitness level, any preexisting conditions you may have and your goals. We have a program for all ages and needs with safety and effectiveness as the driving force.

I have physical issues that prevent me from doing certain exercises - will I be able to do this program? Is it low impact?
Yes – our proprietary self assessment allows us to give you workout programs with specific joint or health issues in mind. If you answer accordingly in your assessment, you will be given workouts that do not require aggravating positions such as kneeling, hands and knees, etc… Whether it’s back, neck, knee, hip, shoulder or elbow pain – we’ve got you covered.

I’m very fit and have no physical limitations - are there advanced workouts for me?
Yes. If you answer accordingly in our self-assessment you will be given advanced routines that are sure to challenge the fittest athlete out there. Our expert team has spent years training Olympic and professional athletes – now we bring these programs to you.

What equipment do I need to do this?
No matter what equipment you have, we have a program for you. You’ll be asked in your assessment about your access to equipment and your program will only have the equipment in it that you have or would like to purchase. We offer extensive programs that require no equipment.

Is there any cardio training?
Yes. We have an entire catalog of cardio workouts that give you challenging cardiovascular training with minimal to no equipment (read: no bike or treadmill). Use your body or simple bands to get your heart rate up and get sweating.
