My Workouts

Since weight loss comes down to a ratio of calories burned to calories consumed, it’s important to monitor the effectiveness of your workouts. The My Workouts tool allows you to log your workouts and calculate the amount of calories burned, based on the duration and intensity of the workout and your personal information such as height and weight. The calculator pulls your most current weight data from the Weight Tracker tool, so you will always end up with an accurate measure of calories burned.

My Workouts graphs and tallies how many calories you have burned over various time periods, so you can easily review your progress from last week, the past month, or the year to date. Also, if you are following any of FitForever’s expert-formulated workout routines, the My Workouts tool will display your daily fitness tasks according to your current routines.

My Workouts also features a feed that allows you to share your workout information with friends and learn about how they are working to meet their fitness goals. The information included in the feed is determined by your account’s privacy settings, so how much you share with others is up to you. My Workouts also includes a Workout History feature that records all of the workout-related data you have logged since you began using FitForever.
