Food Log

FitForever’s Food Log allows you to record your meals and their calorie worth so that you can closely monitor your intake. The tool tallies and graphs how many calories you have consumed over the past week.
The Food Log also features a feed that allows you to share your diet information with friends and learn about how they are working to meet their nutritional goals. The information included in the feed is determined by your account’s privacy settings, so how much you share with others is up to you. The Food Log also includes a Food History feature that records all of the diet-related data you have logged since you began using FitForever.
