Activity Log
Monitoring your weight changes, workouts and food intake is key to getting fit, but perhaps there are other things you would like to track as well. The Activity Log performs similarly to the My Workouts tool, but it allows you to create custom activities that are specific to your personal fitness goals. For example, if you would like to track how many hours of sleep you are getting each night, simply create a "sleep" activity and the corresponding measurement unit, which in this case would be "hours." The Activities Log also makes it easy to track things like how much weight you lift or how many pushups you do.
The Activity Log allows you to create goals for each activity and it graphs your progress for each activity over time. It also features a feed that allows you to share your custom activity information with friends and learn what activities they are tracking. The information included in the feed is determined by your account’s privacy settings, so how much you share with others is up to you. The Activity Log also includes an Activity History feature that records all of the activity-related data you have logged since you began using FitForever.
