Routines
Whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey or training for a marathon, it’s important to have a plan. FitForever’s fitness experts, including Olympic gold medalist and FitForever founder Carl Lewis, have carefully formulated several workout routines for our members to help them efficiently reach their goals.
The routines are targeted for various levels of fitness, and they escalate in difficulty as your strength and endurance improve, so you will always be appropriately challenged in your workouts. FitForever’s paid members may follow as many routines as they wish, and free members may follow one routine at a time.
If you choose to follow a routine, a list of tasks and a schedule for those tasks will be provided. Your daily tasks will appear on your My Workouts page and in the feed that appears on most pages. If you are a paid member, you can choose to have your daily routine tasks emailed to you, as well.
