Challenges
Challenges are very similar to FitForever’s groups, but they are for the purpose of achieving a specific goal, and therefore tend to be more short-term than the regular groups. For example, say you are trying to quit smoking, and you want to draw support from other FitForever members who are trying to accomplish the same goal. You could join an existing challenge on the topic and discuss things like strategies on how to quit and the effectiveness of certain smoking cessation aids with other participants. If you are a PRO member, you can create a challenge yourself.
